RBI has begun preparations to bring new notes of Rs.200. A 200 rupee note will have special features of security, so that its fake notes can not be made. According to sources, the RBI has approved the printing of Rs. 200, and these new notes will also be given more attention to the security features.
On November 8, after the announcement of the note-taking by PM Modi, new notes of Rs 500 were issued and a note of 2000 rupees was presented.
According to media reports, the Reserve Bank of India can issue 200 rupees notes after June this year. It is being said that in a meeting last month, the RBI had decided to implement 200 notes. If 200 rupees notes are issued then in the recent days, it will be the second new currency to be issued after the notes of Rs 2,000.
In some media reports in the past few days, the RBI had once again told to issue 1,000 rupees notes with new features. However, at the time, the RBI had dismissed these reports.
