BJP System and Congress System

When Narendra Modi gave a slogan "Congress free India" at the time of Lok Sabha elections, it was seen as a political gimmick. This accusation was seen as the BJP's resentment towards the trends of Congress's family politics, corruption, misrule and high culture, but after three years it seems that it was not just a parallel, but a conceptual change in the Indian political system. The famous political thinker Rajni Kothari named the Indian political system after independence as "Congress-system". It meant that even after the multi-party political system, the Congress and the Congress had the same coin. There was a weakness in it since 1967 when the first non-Congress governments were formed in eight states. After 10 years, in 1977 the government of non-Congress Janata Party was formed. Congress returned to power in 1980 and after the brutal assassination of Indira Gandhi in 1984, Congress got a huge majority under Rajiv Gandhi's leadership, but gradually the Congress domination began to decline.

In 1989, along with UP and many other states, the Janata Dal government formed at the Center. The scam of 'Congress system' was compensated by the rise of several provincial parties. In UP, SP and BSP, RJD and JD-U in Bihar, Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, Biju Janata Dal in Odisha, Janata Party (JP) in Karnataka, Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh, Assam Gana Parishad etc in Assam. In the last 25-30 years, various regional parties tried to become the alternative of Congress in many states and they were quite successful, but regional parties were not limited to geographical basis but they were also narrow in their approach. The power was just like their agenda. For some time, this change was good for Goni but gradually they got bored with these teeth, because they could not do good governance and development. In the meantime, the BJP first rooted under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, LK Advani and Sushma Swaraj in national politics, and by placing Narendra Modi as Prime Minister's candidate in the 2014 Assembly elections, not only the choice of many regional parties, Made a serious effort to become Today the BJP is not only in the center or in 16 states, and in terms of population, more than 60 percent of the population is ruling with the people themselves or allies. Karnataka is the chief in the non-BJP states ahead. BJP president Amit Shah has also made preparations to put Karnataka under the leadership of Krishna and Yeddyurappa on Vokliga and Lingayat communities. This situation is also Himachal. Just as the eastern states are also slowly getting into the BJP fold, it seems that in some years BJP is going to have the same situation on the national panel which was Congress after independence. Conceptually, 'Congress free India' displaces 'Congress system' and signifies the establishment of a new 'BJP-system'. It is a coincidence that both the Congress and the BJP are the cornerstone of the 'system' of nationalism. The Congress used this nationalism to be fully utilized, but in the next generation leaders, she could not fill the nationalist sentiment. He felt that nationalism did not match his secular politics. From nationalism, he started smelling to be anti-Muslim. Taking advantage of this, the BJP took the lead in becoming the strongest conductor of nationalism, which also forced him to become anti-Muslim. It has become a strange atmosphere in the country that the BJP can not be Muslim and Muslim can not be BJP. The Muslim in the worst crisis came from this. He had to remain hostage with the Congress or the non-BJP party in the compulsion, but the BJP has no problem with the Muslims. It is desirable for the countrymen, whether they are Hindus or Muslims, and nationalists. After all, what is the problem of Muslims going towards the BJP, because there is no question mark on their nationalism? As soon as the BJP got power in many states and the Center, it did not take any time to communicate to the Muslims that their nationalistic expectations are from those who are from any Hindu. The conclusion is that before 2014 and now in 2017 the Muslims voted for the BJP. This trend is further grim. If this happens then the governments of BJP and its allies in the Center and the states in the long run can remain and 'BJP-system' can become a reality, but every system has some flaws. For the end of the Congress-system, the high-command culture of the Congress was responsible, which did not allow the democracy to flourish in the party. Because of this, the 'Indra-banyan' inclusive form of the party could not be reflected in the leadership and the leadership of the party was deprived at the state level. Many top leaders had to leave Congress and form a new party in their state. This led to weakening of the Congress in the states and tension in the federal system. Will the BJP learn some lesson from this misery of the Congress? Is that not the same way? Will only Modi and Amit Shah run in the party, or will other leaders be encouraged? In the states which have BJP governments after 2014, the party has selected the leader on the map of the Congress. This is the danger bell. Why does not the party establish some states in the states at the regional level? Neither will it be possible for Prime Minister Modi in the forthcoming assembly elections nor will it befit that they continue to play the role of being the only campaigner of the party. It will be in the best interests of the party that BJP leaders in each state will be recognized at the state level. Their names, faces and work are among the public. Party workers are confident that the party will reward their work and hard work so that they can live up to their lives. To make 'BJP-system' meaningful, it is necessary that BJP's governments become a model of good governance and development. The Janata was with the Congress because of the nationalism born of the freedom movement, but with the BJP, it will remain only when it gets good governance and development in reality. This is a challenge before the party and also the opportunity. If the BJP governments can fulfill this, then the dream of the party's 'Congress free India' will be realized, but the party will be able to get its roots in the Indian Constitution as 'BJP-system' and for a long time the people of the Central and the States The first choice will also remain.
